Radar Hire is looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of social strategy, content creation coordination, and performance analysis across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for building engaging brand experiences, growing audience reach, and converting attention into action.

This role requires both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor—someone who knows how to build a content calendar, write a compelling caption, coordinate with creatives, and report on performance. If you’ve successfully grown social accounts and turned followers into loyal fans (or customers), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals

  • Write engaging captions, repurpose content from other channels, and ensure consistency in brand voice

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and stakeholders to deliver ready-to-post content

  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content relevant and fresh

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner

  • Manage post scheduling and publishing using tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through, and follower growth

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimizations

  • Run basic social campaigns and collaborate with paid ads teams (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a business or brand

  • Proven ability to create and manage content calendars and engagement strategies

  • Strong writing skills with a creative, brand-appropriate tone

  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards (Meta Insights, LinkedIn, IG)

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a bias for execution

  • Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and stakeholders at once

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (what works on TikTok vs. LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Comfortable working independently and reporting to a remote team

Nice to Have

  • Ability to create simple graphics or video edits in Canva or CapCut
  • Experience launching or supporting social media ad campaigns

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how social supports content strategy

  • Familiarity with social listening tools and UGC/community-building strategies

Working Hours

  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8 hours per day

  • Aligned with U.S. business hours

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience

  • Full remote flexibility with a results-first culture

  • Opportunity to lead and grow the social media function

  • Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries
