About the Role:
Radar Hire is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer – Voice Automation to support a fast-growing home improvement company based in the United States. In this newly created, full-time position, you’ll be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered voice agents to handle outbound—and inbound—calls that help automate sales and customer service processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing real-world AI solutions to life, particularly in voice automation and systems integration. You’ll work directly with the CEO and internal teams to create practical tools that drive business performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Design, build, and manage AI voice agents for outbound (and potentially inbound) calls

Deploy and integrate tools like ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or similar voice AI platforms

Set up automation workflows using Zapier, HubSpot, and other tools
-
Build voice flow logic, script conversations, and implement escalation protocols
-
Sync AI voice agents with internal systems to trigger tasks and record outcomes
-
Monitor and optimize performance based on KPIs and real-time feedback

Maintain proper documentation, backups, and version control for all automations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with voice AI platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, Resemble AI, etc.)

Strong proficiency with Zapier for multi-step automation and system integrations

Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including contact management and automation workflows

Excellent spoken and written English; conversational Spanish is preferred

Experience designing or managing call flows, AI conversations, or virtual assistants

Self-starter with strong project ownership and ability to communicate technical details clearly

Ability to work full-time in a remote-first team, with alignment to U.S. Eastern Time hours
