  • Perform detailed keyword research, technical site audits, and competitor analysis

  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed

  • Identify and resolve crawl issues, indexation errors, and content gaps

  • Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content creators when needed

  • Set up, monitor, and report on SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, etc.

  • Maintain SEO documentation, campaign roadmaps, and weekly/monthly reports

  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure continued performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of independent SEO campaign management experience

  • Proven track record of driving organic growth across multiple websites or client accounts

  • Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog

  • Ability to implement technical SEO recommendations without relying on a dev team

  • Strong understanding of HTML, structured data, redirects, and site architecture

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing SEO for local businesses, including GMB and local citation tools (e.g., Yext)

  • Familiarity with CRO, UX, and how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing

  • Experience working with small businesses or start-ups where wearing multiple hats is expected

  • Ability to produce and optimize content directly in the CMS

Working Hours

  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8 hours per day

  • Aligned with U.S. business hours

What We Offer:

  • Competitive full-time salary

  • Remote-first environment

  • Autonomy and ownership over SEO strategy and execution
